Who will I see?
You will be seen by one of our GPs who are all well established NHS GPs with many years of experience. Our doctors are all registered with the GMC (General Medical Council)

What do I do if you do not have an appointment which suites me?
You can ask for an appointment at a different time and most of our doctors try their best to accommodate you.

What do I need to bring?
Usually you do not need to bring anything with you but if you are on a list of repeat medications, it would help our GPs to have a look at your list.

Can I get any further information about your service and fees?

Do I pay for my prescription or referral letters?
You don’t have to pay for them as they are included in your consultation fee

Do I pay for my a private medical certificate?
There is a fee of £20 for private medical certificates

If I can’t attend the clinic, can I ask for a Home Visit?
Yes you can, please e mail us directly with your contact details and a brief history of the problem, one of our doctors will get int ouch with you as soon as possible to ask for more information and advise you about the next step.

Do I need private GP insurance to be seen?
No, you do not need private medical insurance to use the service. Most UK private medical insurance policies do not cover private GP consultations. If receipt is needed, we can provide you with one should you need to claim consultation fee back from your employer for example.
